Stop Thinking !!

In this very under-thought blog, I am going to brief you on:

"Why should you not think too much?"

This being a blog that is being written due to frustrations arising from most people who excessively think and waste my time, I am going to be brief and don't want to appear over-thought. How difficult is a yes or no ? ... Batao aur khatam karo ... itne sochte kyun ho ! There is nothing to lose, as you have come here with nothing and are going to go with nothing.

Now the consequences of over-thinking I believe you will need to contemplate on are as below. Feel free to add as comments or points you think are relevant as undeniable consequences of thinking:
  1. You could actually be wasting somebody's precious time, in not acting your part.
  2. You could take somebody's life when you are thinking - ex: Cause an accident, etc
  3. It could actually waste your time to execute a menial task.
  4. Thinking could drive people you love away from you, due to lack of action in expressing your love.
  5. Your thinking, beyond a stipulated amount of time will Distract and Annoy people. Imagine how such people affect you. So control !

So, I say 'Think as a Hobby' and 'Act as part of Your Nature' !

Lion Hearted !

The eyes of a dragon, in a breathe of fire.
Anger alone his power and dare.

Face up to him as his snare unveil,
At the burst of which we may swallow a whale.

This is life a dragon at heart,
His intention none; but to make us strong at heart.

He likes to slay us once in a while,
With no mercy is his own style.

Face away from him and be taken by his blow.
Face up to him inside yourself to dare and grow.

My words so thus are my expression of faith,
In a life that is a lion's respite and heaven's insight.

The Rain was drenched in Love ...

It was just another day at office, but not just another day in my lifetime. It rained today. In Delhi, drenching in rain is a rare experience annually, which you cannot afford to miss out on. And, I personally being a rain freak manage quite effectively to see that, I do enjoy every drop of it. It puts me into a state of happiness only equivalent to the state of being in love.

I was expecting rain to shower out pretty decently today. While in this state of love, I gave my sweetheart a call to see if she was available for a romantic evening: calling us to drench in it is showering. Being one of the first few dates out with her, it was always a challenge judging her responses. Also, as much as a confused and lazy soul like her, she tried to make up her mind on whether to come along or not. I always liked the challenge of getting her heavy-footed self to come out. While through this, I also felt she did bask in the attention too ... And then she concurs ... and now! I am elated!!

It had stopped raining for quite a while by now and I had just missed it, getting late out of office. But then! Being me is fun; I do not plan and do not work with a plan. And so, after getting her out I had a blank mind on what to do now. Lazing around and some golgappa’s later ... the rain gods submitted to my love of them. They broke out to splash the barren, now summer-heated roads to a well deserved drink of sweet rainfall. Again my lovely confused soul, did not want to drench ... much to my dissatisfaction, but what is love but sacrifice :P ...

I feel and I believe you will also concur; two of the best times during rains are - when it just starts to rain and when it just stops raining. We were not able to judge when it was going to rain, but when it stopped we were ready to get out and feel the cool after the rain. I got out, closed my eyes, spread my hands out and felt the caress of the fresh cool breeze, which drifted me off to the pearly gate's of cloud nine. Peace ...

My lovely confused soul was now hungry and what better time to have a romantic single plate 1-course meal. Under the clearing twilight sky, this weather could not get better. We found a restaurant that had an outside sitting and with the weather this enchanting, I just hoped this moment just stopped and freeze in time.

My lovely confused soul's most enticing feature was her deep lovely eyes, which could entice any uninterested common soul into enchanted fantasies. I struggled to keep my now enchanted heart to sway under her gaze. We sat down then to have a dinner sprinkled with an unspoken sense of enchantment by the night, rain and breeze. They say sharing food increases the love you have for each other, may be they were right.

Bidding adieu to her was difficult but an almost inevitable conclusion to this most fairy tale like experience. The night left me with a falooda of romantic, enchanting and deeply moving emotions that I cherish to this day. I just wish I could recreate this moment of love, rain and peace again, but then the best things in life sometimes are only one time experiences.

... A day in June 2007, Noida

Still in love with that moment ...

Hunger - Emotionally !!

Hunger is a funny emotion. It can be:
  1. A sign of total misery, or
  2. Forced Hunger or A sign to keep fighting sometimes to complete objectives to fulfill the need for food - Work in short , or
  3. A materialistic wanting of the human body.

Now taking different scenarios into consideration:

Sign of total Misery

When you haven’t had anything proper for ages and start getting completely under-nourished, while also not having the resources to get a 3 time good meal.

The duration of hunger now becomes an eternal period of unrest, where you make yourself feel it is as a routine nuisance of the restless mind.

Forced Hunger or When you are fighting to complete objectives

Tiring from work we try to fix focus on work with a grumbling stomach. But then since you missed your breakfast for work, this was a foreseen unavoidable consequence.

Then focus on the sumptuous meal and visualize it as a treasure, preferably a picture from the pages of a cook book ... Mmmmmmmmm ...

Materialistic wanting of the human body

This is an important scenario to be understood, 'coz they say the spirit does not get hungry ... The body just needs enough energy to sustain a search our soul has undertaken. This need for energy now our body has come to accept routinely, through intake of FOOD. So now, hunger can also be perceived as an ungratified want.

This type of hunger they say can also be satisfied by eating thin air … literally ... some yogis and ‘enlightened souls’, seemed to have done it. This, as hearsay goes, is a specialized capability of training of the mind and body, to adjust with available nourishment with maximum intake utilization. It still is not about not eating or eating thin air ;)

What you should KNOW?!

Type 1: You surely won't be able to do much about this but become a good manager. Knowledge of what you actually do get to eat and then managing it efficiently to reach an optimum utilization to intake ratio .Get smart... dire situations need planned desperate measures.

Type 2: Feels like it makes you stronger, but creates medical problems and incidentally affects your work & life, so think before you do this. The work would be the one you were trying to stay hungry and complete. So whatever does happen, you shouldn't miss any of the three meals.

Type 3: Spirituality is the subtle management of utilization to intake ratio, when we are discussing in terms of hunger. When regular intake utilization is 50-60% requiring more intake to reach necessary levels, this case of hunger would be at intake utilization of 90 to 95% .This is achieved by a discipline - following tasks and patterns of diet which are best for the body.

Hunger is only a state of mind. Suppress it, but follow a good routine by meticulously evaluating your utilization to intake ratio. This can lead to multiple benefits:

  • Effective nourishment
  • Save food and help a soul suffering Type 1 Hunger soul
  • Help and direct others to optimize utilization to intake ratios, consequentially saving food for distribution to needy or else cost savings
So, have you felt hungry today!!

This was wrote at a time when I had a whole week to go before I get my next salary, had only 100 bucks left for the week and had a heavy duty self-esteem and ego. The ego said fight, so I stayed hungry, escaping into work, where I searched for satisfaction. So, effectively becoming a hungry Soul of Type I, II & III.

Also, please ignore the Sarcasm inbuilt some statements.

Anything is POSSIBLE :)

Anything is POSSIBLE :) by just changing the way you look at it ... As an OPPORTUNITY or JUST ANOTHER CHORE !!

Many a times opportunities fall into your involuntarily open arms, that you reluctantly accept. Unmindful of gains you walk the fire and bear a grudge.

The grudge drives you to do your best at something you have been forced with ... but then you realize it was really too simple to have borne a grudge for !!

And now you think ... Anything is POSSIBLE :)
